This notice explains how Flair & Feast Catering handles information you share through this website, most importantly through the inquiry form.
Information you send us
When you submit an inquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and (optionally) phone number, details of your occasion such as the date, guest count and location, your catering interests, any dietary requirements, an optional budget range, any notes you add, and your preferred way to be contacted.
How it is used
We use these details only to respond to your inquiry and to plan catering with you if you choose to go ahead. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How it is delivered and kept
The website does not store inquiries in a database. When you submit the form, our web hosting provider sends your details to our inbox as an email, and our email provider receives and stores it there. The message is kept in our email account for as long as it is needed to respond and to plan your event.
Security and spam prevention
To protect the form from abuse, the website briefly counts submissions from each network address. It keeps only the times of recent submissions, in a temporary file labelled with a scrambled (hashed) form of the address rather than the address itself, and ignores anything older than 15 minutes. This is not linked to your inquiry. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from this website rather than from a third party.
