Catering

Catering, shaped around the occasion

Whether guests are standing with a glass in hand or sitting down to a full table, the menu starts with how people will gather — and the food follows. We cook all types of cuisine.

Cocktail Receptions & Hors d'Oeuvres

One or two bites, made to be remembered

A reception menu is built around food guests can enjoy with a glass in one hand: caprese skewers, crispy coconut shrimp, smoked salmon cucumber bites with dill, jerk chicken & plantain skewers and mini beef sliders.

Bites can be arranged on tiered stands and boards, or portioned into individual cups and cones so every guest has their own.

Buffets & Event Dining

Generous, hot and shared

The menu runs from herb-roasted chicken and red wine braised beef short ribs to maple-glazed salmon, Jamaican oxtail and curried goat.

Salads and sides — creamy garlic mashed potatoes, herb-roasted seasonal vegetables, Jamaican rice & peas, Caesar and Greek salads — bring colour and balance to the table.

Grazing & Catering Collections

Laid out to be wandered and returned to

Cured meats folded into roses, soft and aged cheeses, olives, grapes, apricots and crisp crackers — arranged on boards and trays for guests to help themselves.

For lunches and more relaxed gatherings, salads, grazing selections and sandwiches can be packed into catering boxes, neatly presented and easy to set out.

Celebrations & Gatherings

Fruit, sweets and the full spread

Some occasions call for a table that becomes part of the décor: sliders raised on white plinths, labelled stations for each dish, fresh fruit skewered into a pineapple centrepiece.

Desserts range from assorted cupcakes to New York-style cheesecake with homemade fruit compote and spiced carrot cake, with fresh fruit to keep things light.
